We curate vintage and contemporary pieces. All products are described as accurately as possible. Given the nature of vintage items, minor wear, signs of age, or imperfections may be present and are considered part of each item’s character. Product photographs are representative of the item for sale.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout; delivery costs are shown before you pay. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, or in instalments with Klarna or Clearpay (subject to their own approval). Payment is processed securely at checkout.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including those suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send confirmation. Delivery times and costs, your 14-day right to cancel, returns and refunds are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software — is the property of Kitanesque Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitanesque Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
