1. Delivery Areas

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm GMT are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period by emailing returns@kitanesque.co.uk or using our cancellation form.

5. Returns

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us in their original condition. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at returns@kitanesque.co.uk with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings, undergarments) are non-returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or that show signs of wear beyond what’s necessary to inspect the item.
